Installation XUbuntu 20.04 LTS

  • https://xubuntu.org/
  • Ubuntu Derivat (wiederum Debian Derivat)
  • Verwendet Xfce anstatt von Gnome
  • Sehr leichtgewichtig, geringe Systemanforerungen

Erklärung der Installationsschritte

Partitionierung

  • (belassen wirs beim Standard)
  • Verschiedene Dateisysteme (XFS, ext4)
  • Verschiedene Mountpoints (erklärung im nächsten Kapitel)
    • /, swap, /home, /tmp

Achtung

  • Updates nicht installieren (das dauert im Schulnetz viel zu lange)
  • Wenn es beim Installationsscreen ewig dauert (ausklappen und skip)
